UConn’s first half ends with ‘funky’ loss to Maine

The Huskies didn’t get much puck luck, but a bad habit also re-emerged.

UConn’s men’s hockey’s first half ended in a 7-3 loss to Maine — a game which featured more than its share of strange plays.

“I thought we played a decent game,” head coach Mike Cavanaugh said. “It was just a funky game.”
