Three unfortunate bounces of the puck sunk UConn men’s hockey in a 5-4 overtime defeat to the Boston College Eagles on Friday night.

The Eagles’ final two goals — the game-tying score in the third period and the winner in OT — were own goals on the Huskies. Down the other end, Jake Percival had a shot hit the post and deflect off the back of BC goalie Jacob Fowler, only to skirt just wide of the frame.
