The Huskies got an assist from the Milwaukee Brewers on Thursday night.

During UConn’s team meeting on Wednesday, associate head coach Tyler Helton spoke about the importance of having a short memory. He used the recently crowned National League champion Milwaukee Brewers as an example.

“We talked about that at length yesterday and today, I thought our guys lived up to it,” Cavanaugh said.
