First dates out on UConn men's hockey's schedule

UMass became the first Hockey East team to release its full slate on Wednesday.

The first official dates on UConn men’s hockey’s 2025-26 schedule are out. The Huskies will take on UMass in a home-and-home at the tail end of the regular season with the home game set for Friday, Feb. 27 followed by the return trip on Saturday, Feb. 28.

The Minutemen are the first Hockey East team to release their entire slate.

While nothing else is confirmed, there are a few more known dates on UConn’s docket. The Huskies will open at Colorado College the weekend of Oct. 3, host Ohio State two weeks later and will play in CT Ice the weekend of Jan. 30.

Last season, UConn released its full schedule in July.
