Breaking: UConn men's hockey shuts down due to positive COVID test

The Huskies will hit the pause button for an indefinite amount of time.

UConn men’s hockey paused all team activities after a member of the program tested positive for COVID-19, the school announced Wednesday night. The Huskies will be shut down until contact tracing and additional testing can be completed. No timetable was given for a return, though the Huskies’ upcoming series against Northeastern is postponed.
